GraphicCon logoThe Greater Sudbury Public Library (GSPL) is proud to present Graphic-Con. GSPL Graphic-Con is a mini Comic-Con which will be held at the South End Library on Saturday May 4, from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Everyone is invited to attend dressed as their favourite superhero. Prizes will be awarded for the best costume. There will also be games, full feature anime films, and door prizes. In celebration of Free Comic Book Day GSPL will be giving away 1 free comic book per person (while supplies last, limit 3 per family). This event is free to the public and open to all ages.

This free event highlights GSPL’s collection of graphic novels and our commitment to literacy. Graphic novels can be a resource to literacy by connecting the written word with pictures and graphics. GSPL is proud to carry a large collection of graphic novels, manga and anime books. Visit your nearest branch to check out our wide collection. Whether you are Trekkie, a manga fanatic or a just a superhero nut, come out to Graphic-Con for a day of action packed fun!
