| No. cloudLibrary™ integration is not available for Kobo eReader products. However, cloudLibrary™ eBooks (epub, pdf) can be transferred over to all Kobo®eReaders, including those with built-in OverDrive® compatibility using the cloudLibrary™ desktop app (Windows OS/Mac OS). Kobo® eReaders with built-in OverDrive® compatibility currently include the Aura ONE, Aura H2O Ed. 2, Aura Ed. 2, Clara HD, & Forma. | How do I suggest a title for purchase in cloudLibrary™? |
| Can't find what you're searching for? Let us know! In the cloudLibrary™ desktop app (Windows OS/Mac OS), select the 'Suggestions for Library' view under 'Filters', search for your title, and click on the 'Suggest to Library' button. In the cloudLibrary™ mobile app, simply search for your title and tap the 'Suggest to Library' button. All requests are evaluated according to GSPL's Materials Selection Policy. |
| Why do some titles 'disappear' in cloudLibrary™? |
| Some cloudLibrary™ content is shared across participating Ontario libraries. Title may disappear if they have been borrowed by another library but will reappear when the title is available. |
| Can I listen to my e-Audiobook offline on my mobile device? |
| Yes, offline listening is available in the mobile apps once an e-Audiobook has been fully downloaded. Note: Traveling in and out of network coverage may result in a loss of connection of an active download or playing of an e-Audiobook. You may need to the tap the download and/or play button to resume when this occurs. |
| Can I transfer my e-Audiobook from my Mac or my PC to my mobile device? |
| No. Both the PC and MAC version of the app stream the content and do not download the entire audiobook file. |
| Why do I get a Browser incompatibility warning when I want to listen to a streaming Audio Book on my PC or MAC? |
| Upgrading your browser should resolve any issues. |
| How much space do I need on my device for an e-Audiobook? |
| Files sizes of e-Audiobooks vary but, most e-Audiobook files are less than 2 GB. The size of the book is displayed when selecting the book details of the title. |
