Homebound services

Homebound is a free and convenient service that supplies library materials to people who are unable to come into the library. This service is available for all ages. Long term, short term and seasonal services are available.

How does the service work?

Once a month, Homebound volunteers deliver and pick up library materials. The Homebound department will select books and other materials according to your preferences.

What materials can be delivered?

Choose from a number of different formats, in English or French:

  • Books
  • Audio books
  • Magazines

How do I apply for Homebound?

Fill out the online Homebound Services Application form or call 705-673-1155, extension 4781.

Want to volunteer?

Fill our an online Volunteer Application form. You will then be contacted by Library staff to discuss current placement opportunities in the library location of their choice.

Contact information
