Interlibrary Loan
Interlibrary Loan (ILL) services will be closed from Saturday, February 28 to Sunday, March 15. During this time, new requests will not be processed.
You may still submit new requests using the online form below. All requests received during the closure will be processed beginning Monday, March 16.
To request a renewal, please email ILL@greatersudbury.ca or call the ILL phone number listed on this webpage. We will respond as soon as possible. You may keep the item you wish to renew until we contact you.
Materials are subject to the availability and lending policies of other libraries. Most of these items are free to borrow, however, some may have a service charge that must be paid before we can borrow them from the lending library.
Who can borrow?
Anyone can use our Interlibrary Loan service as long as they have a valid Library card.
How do I make a request?
Create a self-serve account and place your own requests. This option allows you to create and track your own requests in real-time. You can manage your titles, request renewals and cancel requests as long as they are not already on their way to Sudbury. You can also choose to receive automated email notifications and reminders about your active requests.
